As bears do, we are usually hibernating all winter from our long, hard Landscaping season. When it snows, we eat enough blueberries to come out and help folks needing assistance in Snow Maintenance services. Please read through this page and fill out our quote form when finished below. We are happy to offer Snow Maintenance services to:

Residential Properties
Small Commercial Properties

We do not offer services to:

Multi-Family properties
Townhomes
Large commercial properties
Clients that need us on a one time or two week basis
Duplexes are a case by case basis, owner must live in unit to qualify

Our Niche

Our ideal client is a big property with long driveway that is too large to take care of with just a single person and a snowblower. We own a machine that will clear a big driveway in less than 5 minutes! This is great for small commercial properties too! This allows us to serve our clients as fast as possible.

Policies

Our season starts on November 1st and lasts until March 31st. Any snowfall in October or November is billed out separately on a per-visit basis.
We only accept clients that want a contract for the entire season.
50% of payment is due upon signing the contract. The second half is due by January 15th.
Our trigger to come out and push snow is 1".
We use poly snow shovels and eco-friendly ice melt.
For an average storm of 1-4", we guarantee we will have all of our clients done within 12 hours after the snow has finished falling.
Before every storm, we send out an email to make sure you understand our plan of attack.
During snow emergencies, we come back to take care of the plow trails.
