Goldilocks and the Three Bears...
Once upon a time there was a driven entrepreneur that wanted to start a landscaping business. After successfully starting a Dog Walking business in Seattle, Mama and Papa Bear packed up and moved to Minneapolis and 3 Bears Landscaping was born. They have been in business since 2015 and quickly became the highest ranked landscaping company in their region. The success comes from providing high quality standards. Brandon, aka Papa Bear takes pride in making sure every client is satisfied.
Anna, aka Mama Bear helps in the office. Aidan, aka Little Bear, has brought them endless joy and continues to impress Papa Bear by playing with his lawn mower and wanting to be around heavy equipment. Papa Bear, asks "Little Bear, do you want to work for me one day?" He always says, Sure! They now have a new addition to the family, her name is Isla, aka Goldilocks. They are so blessed to have our little pack!
Here at 3 Bears, we believe in making the right decision to ensure the product we are installing is going to sustain a lifetime. We are always hungry to learn more about the industry, we believe in getting certified in our profession and focus on protecting the environment.
We cannot emphasize how much we care about ensuring the client is happy with our product that we installed or maintained. We care about consistent
communication, keeping a job site clean, listening to the client and meeting
their expectations. We strive to keep the experience easy and fun and we
live by our 100% satisfaction guarantee!
Working in Minneapolis has its challenges when routing water from a patio or near a foundation. Since 2017, we have been installing permeable paver systems that also can route drainage into the system. Not only does this eliminate water issues, but it's protecting the environment and keeping water our of the sewer system. We truly believe that mother nature will always win, we just have to adapt.
Brandon has had the idea to create a Non-Profit that focuses on helping people in need with Landscaping. We have been able to help a couple families that are sick with cancer and the goal is to start "3 Bears Cares", a nonprofit company that helps the sick and creates a space to relax in to recover. We also enjoy volunteering and helping the community in any way, shape or form.
We are currently working on adding equipment that is battery operated to create a healthier working environment. With global warming becoming a reality, the least we can do is eliminate harsh toxic fumes into the air. Some equipment we are looking to replace is our turf fleet and some light tools like hedge trimmers and leaf blowers.
We have so much fun here at 3 Bears Landscaping. Our staff loves the work they do and we have fun in the off hours with BBQ's, Annual Twins Game, Octo-Bear-Fest (which is our client appreciation party) and our Holiday Party. At 3 Bears, we put Culture first knowing that if we have staff that care about their career, then we can provide excellent customer service.
When Brandon started his first business in Seattle, he focused on a small
service area and then when his clientele was full, after some extreme
patience, he figured out how important that was. With 3 Bears, the same
vision was established and they have been working in south Minneapolis since
